What data we process
The data you enter in the contact form: name, company, work email, phone, number of employees, software and message. When you visit the website, our hosting provider logs technical data such as your IP address, time and browser type.
Why we process it
To answer your enquiry and prepare a demo or offer (steps prior to entering into a contract, Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR) and to keep the website secure (legitimate interest, Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
Who has access
Our team and the providers who run our hosting and email. We do not sell your data. As the operator is based in the USA, data may be accessed in the USA; we safeguard such transfers in line with Chapter V GDPR.
How long we keep it
Until we have handled your enquiry; if no collaboration follows, for no longer than 24 months after our last communication.
Your rights
You have the right to access, rectify and erase your data, to restrict processing, to data portability and to object. You may lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority in your country. Send requests to pass@netto.education.
